Roger Foote is a Managing Shareholder for JacksonWhite and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction law, financial institutions representation, alternative dispute resolution & mediation, and appellate work. Additionally, Roger serves as general counsel for JacksonWhite.

Bar Admissions: Roger was admitted to practice in Arizona in 1987. He is also licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Honors & Education: Roger graduated from Brigham Young University in 1973 with an undergraduate degree in history. The following year, he earned a degree in physical education. Roger graduated cum laude with his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1987. From 1986 to 1987, he served as the lead note and comment editor for the Brigham Young Journal of Public Law.

For over 15 years, Roger has received an AV Rating, the highest for competency and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading lawyer rating and referral service. In 2015, he was named one of Arizona Republic’s Top Rated Lawyers. He has also been featured in the Your Home & the Law column in The Arizona Republic.

Professional Activities and Experience: Roger is a member Arizona Banking Association. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Bankruptcy Section & Association of Landlord-Tenant Attorneys. Roger has also served as Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
