My son was arrested on January 3rd of 2015 for trespassing in an area that was designated " off limits " by Homeland Security. he was charged with a felony. he was visiting a friend in Arizona when this occurred. we reside in New Jersey. My son was a minor charged with an Adult Felony. After completing his various sentences, we were made aware of the possibility of an "expungment" v. "set aside" since he was a juvenile when charged and a juvenile when sentenced.
