Nermana Pehlic began practice in 2019 as an Associate, and practices in the area of family law. Her practice focuses on premarital agreements, legal separation, divorce, paternity issues, and child custody. Nermana takes great pride in assisting all of her clients through the difficult legal system.

Bar Admissions: Nermana was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2019. She is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona.

Education and Honors: Nermana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2014, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her J.D. degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, ASU, in 2018. During her time in law school, Nermana focused exclusively on family and children’s issues. She was named a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar in recognition of academic excellence.

Prior to beginning her practice, Nermana worked as a Law Clerk for Jackson White, focusing her efforts in the area of Family Law while also assisting in other areas throughout the firm. She also worked for the Arizona Attorney General’s office and represented the Department of Child Safety in Juvenile Court in dependency and severance hearings.Nermana also worked as an extern with a boutique family law firm in Scottsdale, where she drafted petitions in Family Law Court, drafted letters to opposing counsel as well as helped prepare for mediations, arbitrations and trials.
